Do you provide commercial property maintenance?

Yes, we provide all of our services for commercial properties. Specifically, we specialize in small business. As a small business, we know how hard it is too manage one. River City Lawn Care can help you with one less thing to worry about, and at a cost-effective price to fit your budget. 

Do you mow weekly or bi-weekly?

River City Lawn Care provides weekly mowing services. We arrive on your scheduled mowing day, weather depending, so that our customers know when to expect us.

We believe that bi-weekly service doesn’t provide a quality mow and does not leave your lawn looking professionally maintained. You’ll find that with weekly mowing taking less time each service, the savings of mowing bi-weekly are minimal and not aesthetically beneficial.

Do you charge by the hour?

We do not mow by the hour, we charge by the service. Mowing service is based on the square footage of your lawn, so that everyone is treated equally and fairly. Other services are charged by the project so that, with few exceptions, you will know what it will cost when completed. *Any adjustments based on unforeseen complications will be reviewed with the customer before they are performed. 

What kind of payment options do you have?

At River City Lawn Care we provide electronic quotes and invoicing so that you can easily manage your lawn and landscape services and payments all online! Estimates may be electronically approved and the scheduling process begins right away. Once services are completed, payments can also be made online. For weekly services, we also provide automatic payment service with a credit card on file so you never have to worry about a thing. All of our payment options include cash, check, credit card and PayPal. 

What happens if it rains on my scheduled mowing day?

We try our best to arrive on your scheduled day of service, but sometimes the weather just doesn’t cooperate. Weather forecasts are constantly monitored and adjustments are made based on the latest forecasts. That may mean that we come a day early or a day after your scheduled time so that we can provide you the best service possible. If for some reason your weekly scheduled service can not be performed due to weather the entire week, you will not be charged. 

Do you do seasonal contracts?

Yes. Whether it is for residential lawn service, commercial property maintenance or snow removal and ice management, we can provide seasonal contracts. Contracts give you peace of mind, security of professional standards, and an ability to budget for the entire season. A discount is also applied for seasonal contracts.
